December 2025 TFMMT Newsletter

It’s been just a few weeks since I returned from my vacation, and I felt a calm and reflective vibe around the hospital. The pace slowed down, allowing everyone to notice little things, like shared smiles, quiet conversations, and simple decorations that added warmth to busy days. I’ll admit, it felt a bit too festive

It’s been just a few weeks since I returned from my vacation, and I felt a calm and reflective vibe around the hospital. The pace slowed down, allowing everyone to notice little things, like shared smiles, quiet conversations, and simple decorations that added warmth to busy days.

I’ll admit, it felt a bit too festive for my taste, but that’s just what hospitals are like during the holiday season. Moments like these remind me that even in demanding places, connection finds a way. That sense of closure made December feel like a fitting end to a long year.

The end of the year also gave me space to reset mentally. I didn’t completely disconnect, but I stepped back enough to let the team handle things without my constant input. That trust really matters, and it paid off.

Outside of work, the news remained heavy. There have been plenty of negative headlines, making it easy to feel drained. At this point, the best response feels simple: focus on what we can control, do our work well, and treat people better than expected. This approach helped keep the end of the year grounded instead of overwhelming.

From a TFMMT perspective, December was steady and encouraging. Traffic held firm despite the holidays, and our updated posts continued to perform better than older versions. According to our analytics, we’re recovering some of the keywords we lost, and the number of ranked and indexed pages has risen. On social media, we’re still inching upwards.

This year, we’re planning some spring cleaning. We’re going to clear our drafts. Yes, we’ve piled up a lot of articles. Most are unpolished ramblings or parts of longer articles that needed cutting.

Videos are still a challenge. We’re considering Gemini to help, but saying we have premium content while only generating three 8-second clips won’t cut it.

As for the ebook, it’s currently on pause. We’re focusing on attracting backlinks, cleaning up drafts, and streamlining our content. Newsletters will be simpler than before, making it easier for new subscribers to keep up with us.

As we send this out in the first week of January, December feels like a smooth handoff instead of a hard stop. The year wrapped up with intention, and the new one opens with clear direction. Thank you for being here and for supporting TFMMT. Here’s to a steady, focused, and meaningful year ahead!
